Let’s talk about hate.
Everybody hates. It’s human and there’s no point in pretending any sane person can go through life without ever hating anything.
Now let’s talk about the haters coming out of the woodwork in response to Lowe’s decision to pull its advertising from the TLC show “All American Muslim.” I don’t think the majority have seen the show and that’s the problem.
For hate to work people, it needs legs, street cred, truth – seriously folks! Unless something crazy happened in the last episode, this show is more bland than Wonder bread.
Now, let me show you how it’s done friends….
The sets are so offensive! I mean, those hijab colors are SO unAmerican!!! How can she wear a pink bedazzled hijab?!?!? Bedazzling is reserved for southerners, people! Who do these mid-westerners think they are?!?!?
Forget it – that’s it. I’m boycotting Michigan. That state doesn’t care about America. It’s totally taking jobs from the rest of the country and trying to get our American high school football teams to do 7 on 7 drills instead of all American sprints. Screw them!
Forget those crazy religious people; I gotta get ready for work. Oh wait, I forgot to wear my cross, put my Jesus fish on my bumper, and tell a Jew she’s going to hell. Busy, busy day!
That’s how it’s done. At least at my kitchen table.
