In March of 2008, I learned I was a stolen baby sold on the black market. Raised by conservative Jews, learning my heritage was Pakistani Muslim was, well, a shock.

  Your story is fascinating. I’ve never really heard of a black market where stolen babies are sold and I’m not entirely sure what this means. Were you kidnapped? Is there any way you could give a more elaborated version of the story or is that private? I just think the multiplicity of cultures in your background is wonderful, as sad and difficult as I’m sure the experience may have been for you.

  I have read your blog and have noticed that you have not responded to any of the questions asking you to elaborate on your story. What is your definition of black market and how were you able to find your biological family?
